Damaged Or Defective: items
Should you receive a damaged or defective item you have 48h to claim the damage. Failing to do so will waive your right for a replacement.
In order to submit a claim please follow the below instructions:

1)Take a picture of the item which clearly displays the damage and send it by email to info@darmisak.com stating your order number and your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information.
2)Once your email is received and the claim is approved we shall request a replacement of the product and shall send you all the details by email.
