Shipping confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Custom, Duties & Taxes:
All the products on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
No return no refund no cancellation and no exchange are applicate for items bought online and shipped on time with no damages. And matching the requirements.
Damaged Or Defective: items
Should you receive a damaged or defective item you have 48h to claim the damage. Failing to do so will waive your right for a replacement.
In order to submit a claim please follow the below instructions:
1)Take a picture of the item which clearly displays the damage and send it by email to email@example.com stating your order number and your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information.
2)Once your email is received and the claim is approved we shall request a replacement of the product and shall send you all the details by email.
